New service center of the municipality of Pirot equipped with a queue management system.

After the the renovation, Pirot will get a modern service center – a unique administrative place where citizens will be able to complete numerous administrative tasks.

To avoid the well-known crowds and queues that can be encountered when going to the town hall, the unique administrative center is equipped with a queuing system that will provide citizens with better service with less waiting. Also in accordance with the current epidemiological situation, in addition to better service, the i-QMS queuing system also enables keeping a physical distance, because taking the number loses the need to stand in line.

Infotech-QMS has been installed in the new building of the German Embassy, which will, after the completion of construction works, start working in 2021 at the old address in Kneza Miloša Street.

The queue management system, for the needs of the Embassy, is equipped with a multilingual menu as well as audio roll-call in German, Serbian and English. When making the Ticket Dispenser, care was taken to ensure that its design look blended with the rest of the interior.

Working hours during a state of emergency

In accordance with the measures of the Government of the Republic of Serbia in order to combat the spread of SARS-CoV-2 virus during the state of emergency, Infotech Studio organized business activities to ensure the safety of employees by enabling them to work from home, while those who have to stay in the company’s premises are provided personal protective equipment. Disinfection at the entrance to the company is mandatory, as well as respecting the physical distance between persons.

The first i-Vision system developed within Infotech Studio was delivered to Mikkelsen electronics

For the purposes of Nis factory of Danish company for production and distribution of electronic components “Mikkelsen elektronics” we developed our first i-Vision system.

i-Vision system is based on Machine Vision technology and methods used for automated analysis and verification based on imaging, and whose application is in the automatic control of processes in the industry, is developed specifically and tailored to the specific needs of each company.

The i-Vision system, developed for Mikkelsen electronics, is designed to provide reliable automatic reading of markings on cables as well as recognition and pairing of cable lugs with specified patterns.

This year, for the 7th year in a row, Infotech Studio participated in the International Fair of Technics and Technical Achievements 2018 in Belgrade from May 21 to 25.

ID Cards for public transport

Infotech Studio has signed a contract with the company Niš-ekspres on making identification cards for public transport.

From September 1st 2017, Niš-Expres introduces new IDs and monthly cards for passenger transport. The new identification cards, which are also monthly cards, are based on RFID technology. Information on the type of transport and the validity period of the card is checked by electronic reading of the card via new devices in the vehicles during each transport.
